Ben is in his late thirties. He has thick, dark hair and blue-green eyes; he stands just under six feet tall and has a solid build. He can be quiet but is usually friendly; he maintains an almost eerie calm in nearly every situation, and makes it as difficult as possible for others to dislike him. He'll take a man's life and quote Scripture in the space between two heartbeats, and holds himself to a higher moral code than a so-called common criminal.
When Ben walks into Milliways, it's 1865, and he's just escaped a third trip to Yuma Territorial Prison in southwest Arizona.
Ben Wade (played by Russell Crowe) is from the 2007 remake of the film 3:10 to Yuma, based on a short story by Elmore Leonard, and is property of Lionsgate Films.
